Our portal is Australian built with all information stored in Australia.
Your password is protected using advanced PBKDF2 encryption offering hash and salt, ensuring it remains private and accessible only to authorised users. This robust security measure means your data is safeguarded against unauthorised access.
Only the account the holder (parent) has access to creating and updating information, giving you peace of mind when you shop with us.

Can the QR code be accessed by everyone?
Yes. In order to provide care as quickly as possible, the QR codes are unlocked. The accessible information is as you complete on the “Medical and Emergency Information” page within “Account” and will only display the information you choose.
When the QR code is scanned and the information is accessed, an email notifying of this will be sent to the account holder.
Who can make changes to the medical and emergency information?
Any data changes can only be made by the account holder.
If I no longer need my tag, how do I delete my details?
Medical details can be easily deleted through the account portal under “Edit a Tag Owner”.
