Are my details secure?

Yes. We store only the hash of your password and this process is irreversible. This means the original password is never stored on our servers, keeping your valuable data secure.

Can the QR code be accessed by everyone?

Yes. In order to provide care as quickly as possible, the QR codes are unlocked. The accessible information is as you complete on the “Medical and Emergency Information” page within “Account” and will only display the information you choose.
When the QR code is scanned and the information is accessed, an email notifying of this will be sent to the account holder.

Who can make changes to the medical and emergency information?

Any data changes can only be made by the account holder. 

 If I no longer need my tag, how do I delete my details?

Medical details can be easily deleted through the account portal under “Edit a Tag Owner”.
