How does the product work?

The QR code displayed on the tag is scanned to access medical and emergency information. Each QR code is unique and linked to an individual, created through a secure account.

How do I register my QR code?

Upon purchase, a unique link corresponding to your product’s QR code will be emailed. First time users will create an account then add their children against this account. Products may then be allocated against children. Once completed, your products are ready for use on arrival.

 Can I have multiple products for the same person?

Yes. Each product is registered against an account and allocated to a tag owner.

Can I add as little or as much information to the code as I like?

Yes. To ensure the best possible care can be quickly provided, we recommend completing information in detail . Not all fields will apply to each person and there is allocation for general, relevant notes. 

 How often should I update the medical details?

We will send you an email reminder every 3 months to revise medical details in the “Account” portal. This aligns with updates on conditions and medications as well as children’s growth and changing needs. Details may be updated as frequently as you require with no limitation on the number of changes.

Do I need to update every tag when I revise my medical and emergency details?

No. As each tag is allocated against a person, when an update is made against a tag owner, the updated information will appear automatically against all products

If the QR code gets scratched or damaged will it still work?

Our materials have been carefully selected with durability in mind however wear and tear will occur. We recommend you regularly check your products for damage or deterioration as this may impair usability. 

How do I care for my product?

Timber: Timber products may be cleaned with a damp, lint-free cloth

Lanyard: Lanyards may be hand washed and dried out of direct sunlight

Magnets: Magnet products may be cleaned with a damp, lint-free cloth

Synthetic Stickers: Synthetic stickers applied on car windows may be washed with the car. For synthetic stickers applied on food storage, hand wash only

Paper Sticker: Paper stickers are designed for single use. The gloss finish does allow for wipe down
