About Our Safety ID System
Q: Who are these products designed for?
A: Families, first responders and carers who need vital medical and emergency details visible quickly—ideal for young children, seniors, and NDIS participants.
Q: What makes our products different?
A: Ethically sourced, hand-finished materials, personalised details and designs focused on visibility in an emergency to help save precious time.
QR vs Non-QR
Q: What’s the difference between QR and non-QR?
A: QR links to a private profile with detailed medical and emergency information you can update anytime. Printed on the products are clear, visible details at a glance (name, allergies, conditions, emergency contact). Non-QR shows the same visible details without access to a detailed profile.

Ordering & Delivery
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Q: How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to arrive?
A: After the 24-hour change window, production takes up to 5 business days. Including production time:
- Standard tracked postage: 7–11 business days total
(AU$10, complimentary for orders over $80)
- Tracked Express postage: 6–8 business days total (AU$15)
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive your Australia Post tracking number and delivery updates via email.
Personalisation – What to Include
Q: What information should I add?
A: Name, emergency contacts (3 recommended), allergies, medical conditions, medications and any communication or safety notes (e.g., “non-verbal,” “epipen in bag”).
Q: Can I update details later?
A: Yes for QR—edit the profile and the QR reflects the latest details. There is no cost nor limit to making updates to the online profile. Non-QR items need a new order if details change.
Attachment & Placement
Q: How do I attach a rope tag correctly?
A: Loop the soft cream rope once over the handle, pull the tag through the loop for visibility and a secure fixing.
Q: Where should I place stickers?
A: On smooth, clean, dry surfaces. Clothing stickers to be placed visibly on shirts, jackets or hats.
Sizes & Visibility
Q: 5cm vs 8cm—what’s the difference?
A: 5cm is light and compact (great for children’s bags and smaller items). 8cm increases readability and visibility from a distance—ideal for prams, mobility aids, and shared care environments.
Emergency Readiness
Q: How do these help in an emergency?
A: They keep critical details visible immediately so helpers see allergies, conditions, and who to call. QR adds deeper detail in seconds, helping save precious time.
Q: Who uses them day-to-day?
A: Parents, educators and carers across school runs, excursions, appointments, and community outings.
Care & Durability
Wristbands
Q: Are wristbands water-resistant?
A: Yes — wristbands are designed for everyday wear, including splashes and normal outdoor use. If the band becomes wet (from swimming, bathing, rain or heavy play), we recommend removing it and drying all components thoroughly before wearing again.
Q: How should I care for my wristband after it gets wet?
A: Separate and dry each component completely, including the band, outer casing and insert. This helps maintain durability and ensures moisture does not remain trapped between layers. Avoid prolonged soaking, harsh cleaners, or exposure to chemicals such as sunscreen buildup or chlorinated water.
Q: Can wristbands be worn daily?
A: Absolutely. Wristbands are made for regular everyday use. With simple care — wiping clean and drying properly after water exposure — they are a durable, practical safety and medical alert ID option for children and adults.
Timber Tags
Q: Are timber pieces water-resistant?
A: Sealed for everyday splashes; wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Avoid soaking or harsh chemicals.
Q: How should I clean my timber tag?
A: Wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry straight away. Avoid harsh cleaning products, soaking, or abrasive scrubbing.
Lanyards & Wearable Tags
Q: How do I care for lanyards and wearable tags?
A: Lanyards can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and left to air dry fully. Timber tags should be dried thoroughly if wet to preserve the natural finish.
Synthetic Stickers
Q: Are synthetic stickers dishwasher-safe?
A: Synthetic stickers are water-resistant and made for daily use. For maximum longevity, we recommend hand-washing where possible and avoiding high-heat dishwasher cycles.
Q: Do stickers hold up in the freezer and fridge?
A: Yes — synthetic stickers are suitable for cold storage and remain strongly adhered in freezer and fridge conditions.
Q: Can stickers be removed or replaced?
A: Synthetic stickers are designed for permanent adhesion. Removal is possible but may take effort and can leave residue depending on the surface.
Clothing Stickers
Q: Are clothing stickers washable?
A: Clothing stickers are intended for single use and are non-washable.
Magnets
Q: How should magnets be cleaned?
A: Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water.
General Product Care
Q: How do I ensure my products last as long as possible?
A: Our range is made for everyday life. Simple care — gentle cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, and drying thoroughly after water exposure — will help keep your safety and medical alert ID looking its best.
Safety Notes
Q: Can rope tags be worn around the neck?
A: No. Rope tags are designed to attach to items. For wearing, choose the lanyard tag with a breakaway clasp.
Q: Are these toys?
A: No. Some components are small. Use under supervision where appropriate.
Privacy & Security (QR)
Q: Who can view my QR profile?
A: Anyone who scans your QR code can view the information you choose to display. You control the fields via your account portal, and we email the account holder each time the QR is accessed.
Q: Can I edit my public profile details?
A: Yes—update or remove details anytime from your profile at no additional word ongoing cost.

Troubleshooting & Scanning
Q: My QR won’t scan—what should I try?
A: Clean the surface, ensure good lighting, and hold the phone 15–30cm away. If a case or glare blocks it, adjust the angle.
Q: My synthetic sticker is lifting—how do I fix it?
A: Re-clean and fully dry the surface; press firmly from centre outwards. For textured surfaces, consider a timber tag instead.
